I was able to download and watch the video, but the download took a long time.   Strengthening the legs is the best way to increase overall; muscle mass, because the are the largest muscle and create the most body chemicals to feed the other muscles. On another note, I was just going to email you about Chris’ diabetes.  I read and article about anti-aging research and found the Metformin, a diabetes drug has shown to have anti-aging properties.  Diabetics on this drug had a 15% longer life than patients who weren’t diabetic.  It may be marketed for this in the near future.   Enough medicine for now.  I had a colonoscopy to say and am still in the recovery phase.   Dad
